Epic's End of Summer Sale: what's on offer until September 17, and what actually got cheap (Turkey prices)
The Epic Games Store sale (September 3–17) sorted into price bands using Turkish lira prices, plus this week's and next week's free games.
The Epic Games Store's End of Summer Sale started on September 3 and ends on September 17 at 18:00 Turkey time. The store advertises "up to 75% off"; the catalogue actually goes up to 90% on some titles.
One thing to know before the numbers: the prices below are from the Turkish store, in Turkish lira (₺), as of September 13. Epic prices regionally, so these will differ from what you see in the US or EU stores. I've kept the lira figures rather than converting, because the point of this piece is what the sale looks like from Turkey.
Percentages alone are misleading, so instead of sorting by discount I sorted by what actually leaves your wallet. The same "70% off" label means ₺2.50 on one game and ₺2,759 on another.
Under ₺50
Games still sold at Epic's oldest catalogue prices live here; most are 85–90% off and cost less than a coffee.

Worth noting: Jedi: Survivor (2023) at 85% off and ₺315 is one of the steepest drops on the list. Borderlands 3 is 90% off at ₺150. Cyberpunk 2077 is ₺300; the Ultimate Edition (with Phantom Liberty) is 58% off at ₺579.18. The Mafia games are around ₺232 each, or ₺469.80 as a bundle (Mafia: Trilogy, 80% off).

This is where the word "sale" carries the least meaning. Discounts are 20–50% and prices start at ₺900 and climb to ₺2,750. For these, the right question isn't "is it cheap" but "was I going to buy it anyway". Resident Evil Requiem and 007 First Light, which Epic's own guide highlights, are in this band; it's the first big discount for both, but at 20–30% they stay above ₺2,000.
Free games
Independent of the sale, Epic's weekly free games continue. No purchase is needed to add them to your library; once claimed, they're yours to keep.
- Until September 17, 18:00: Astral Ascent and Luftrausers
- September 17–24: Mindcop and Shogun Showdown
Three store rules worth knowing
- The asterisk price. Next to the list price, Epic notes "the lowest price offered in the 30 days before the discount". So the percentage is computed against last month's lowest price, not against some historical peak.
- Discounts don't stack. If a game has more than one promotion, the store applies the highest one; they don't combine.
- Epic Rewards do stack. Reward balance earned from previous purchases can be applied on top of the discounted price; it shows up as a separate button at checkout.
The Fortnite and Rocket League cosmetics bundled with some purchases (Adam Smasher for Cyberpunk, Aston Martin DB5 wheels for 007, Grace Ashcroft for Requiem) aren't the kind of thing to base a decision on; it's enough to know they exist.
