ParetoRidge (com.faripulse.paretoridge), FariPulse tarafından geliştirilen bir kurumsal kalite takip uygulamasıdır. Uygulamayı yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
Hesap ve sorumluluk
- Hesabınızı kuruluşunuz adına kullanırsınız ve hesap bilgilerinizin gizliliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.
- Uygulamaya girdiğiniz kalite kayıtları, fotoğraflar ve diğer içerik size ve kuruluşunuza aittir; bu içeriği girmeye yetkili olduğunuzu beyan edersiniz.
- Uygulamayı yasalara aykırı, başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden veya hizmeti bozmaya yönelik biçimde kullanamazsınız.
Hizmetin niteliği
ParetoRidge bir karar destek aracıdır. Ürettiği puanlama, sıralama ve raporlar girilen veriye dayanır; kalite, güvenlik ve uygunluk kararlarının nihai sorumluluğu kuruluşunuza aittir. Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur; kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı garanti edilmez.
Veriler
Verilerinizin nasıl işlendiği Gizlilik Politikası'nda; nasıl silineceği hesap silme sayfasında açıklanmıştır.
Değişiklik ve sonlandırma
Bu koşullar güncellenebilir; güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayınlanır. Koşulların ihlali halinde hesabınıza erişim askıya alınabilir. Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz.

Account and responsibility
- You use your account on behalf of your organization and are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
- The quality records, photos, and other content you enter belong to you and your organization; you confirm you are authorized to enter it.
- You may not use the app unlawfully, in violation of others' rights, or in a way that disrupts the service.
Nature of the service
ParetoRidge is a decision-support tool. Its scores, rankings, and reports are based on the data entered; final responsibility for quality, safety, and compliance decisions rests with your organization. The app is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

How your data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy; how to delete it is described on the account deletion page.
Changes and termination
These terms may be updated; the current version is published on this page. Access may be suspended if the terms are violated. You can delete your account at any time.
