ParetoRidge
An Android app that prioritizes quality defects found in production and tracks them through to closure.
ParetoRidge is a quality-tracking app designed for manufacturers working under IATF 16949. Nonconformities are scored and prioritized Pareto-style, assigned to an owner, and tracked until closed. The reports auditors ask for can be generated inside the app.
What it does
- Records quality issues by part, mold, machine, and defect mode.
- Scores and classifies records so you know what to handle first.
- Assigns actions, sends reminders, and tracks progress through the PDCA cycle.
- Attaches evidence photos; exports PDF reports and imports/exports data.
Status
The app is being prepared for Google Play. This page will be updated as the release progresses.
