Data we process and why
1. Server access logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. For each request, technical details such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time are processed briefly by Cloudflare for security (attack prevention, rate limiting) and troubleshooting. This is necessary to serve the site safely (legitimate interest).
2. Visit statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages are read. It sets no cookies, places no identifier on your device and reports data only in aggregate. No personal profile is built.
3. Browser preference
Your light/dark theme choice is kept in your browser's local storage. It is not sent to the server and disappears when you clear your browser data.
4. Advertising (Google AdSense)
To cover the site's costs, Google AdSense ads may be displayed. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve personalised ads, which can include interest estimates based on your previous visits.
- Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown a consent dialog before any advertising cookies are used; you can decline personalised ads and change your choice later.

- You can also block third-party advertising cookies in your browser settings; the site keeps working either way.

Source links in posts lead to third-party sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Sharing and transfers
Your data is never sold. The service providers named above (Cloudflare, Google) process data under their own privacy policies and only to provide the relevant service. Their servers may be located outside your country; in that case transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses and security measures those providers commit to.
Retention
Server access logs are retained briefly by Cloudflare. Statistics are stored in aggregate and cannot be linked to a person. Advertising cookie lifetimes are set by Google and described in the consent dialog and Google's policies.
Your rights
Under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, if you visit from Europe, the GDPR, you have the right to learn which of your data is processed, to request correction or deletion, to object to processing and to withdraw consent.
